CNC - Mold Creating
Samen CNC Unit is using full automatic CNC milling machines to make
metal templates, the templates are precisely milled to deliver high quali-
ty patterns. Later in Sand Shooting Unit the templates are mounted on
sand shooting machines to make sand molds. Finally in Sand Casting
Design Unit Unit, sand molds are matched together to create cavities where the
Hand Sketching melt would ll in and harden inside.
